Benefits of Sleep zzzzz




According to the Huff Post, sleep is very beneficial to a person's overall health. The benefits include:
- better memory
- a decrease in inflammation
- creativity spurs
- an increase in performance (sports, work, etc.)
- an improvement in grades
- sharper attention
- healthy weight
- lower stress
- less accident prone
- a decrease in depression
- longer LIFE!

So as one can see, sleep is definitely an essential part of living a long healthy life. And quite honestly, some of the benefits seem to really make sense. So the next time you hear your alarm go off, do like me and go back to sleep for another 1o minutes or so, hey what could it hurt? If anyone asks why you're late, just say; "I was working on improving my overall health!"
